There will be a few players missing for Argentina come Tuesday night’s World Cup Qualifier against Paraguay in Argentina.
Argentina go into Tuesday’s match in Cordoba against Paraguay seeking a win to stay in the World Cup position in the table. The three points are a must after having drawn their last two matches. With that said, there will be some modifications, according to reports. Here’s the rumored line-up:
ROMERO; MERCADO, DEMICHELIS, MUSACCHIO, ROJO; MASCHERANO, BANEGA; AGUERO, DYBALA, DI MARIA; HIGUAIN
The big changes would be at the back and in midfield with Gabriel MERCADO, Martin DEMICHELIS (yes, DEMICHELIS) and Mateo MUSACCHIO coming in for Pablo ZABALETA, Nicolas OTAMENDI and Ramiro FUNES MORI. In midfield, Ever BANEGA comes in for Matias KRANEVITTER.

obviously bauza have no idea what to do anymore, so he just put most experience players, most well-known players, and most talented players, and he’ll be hoping those players will win the match for him.
at least tata has some formula what to do and the players do like what he said.

This qualifying campaign should have been and given us time to play all cards right to go for the WC well drilled and prepared but no, we are gonna make it the hard way and by the time the WC comes we will be making desperate last min call ups and along with our usually injury and fitness battling stars we’ll be made to suffer as usual. Oh man, this is insane. Did he not learn anything from the game vs Peru? Dybala and Aguero are wasted in this formation! We need Banega further up the pitch, plus Pizarro next to Mascherano, Mas for Rojo. Tata is starting to look like a genius next to clueless Bauza!

Better if he plays mascherano as holding mid, dramatic and banega together in attacking midfield with Aguero on the left wing, dybala on right wing and higuain up front. I still want dybala to be up front with higuain

It seems Pizarro won’t play any single minute despite being call up. If not the loooong injuries of Augusto and Biglia he would be put aside for November qualifiers.
We need another attacking midfielder, banega and not a holding one with Pizarro. At least not at home.
