Alexis Mac Allister has been called-up to the Argentina national team.
With the injury to Roberto Pereyra meaning that he is out of the team, coach Lionel Scaloni has called on Mac Allister to replace him in the two games this month.

How’s Santiago Caseres doing this season? I haven heard of him for a while. He used to be rated higher than Max Allister and Dominguez.

Let see how macallister can play for us in midfield or in wings.
Personally I think he is very good with ball but I m not sure about his work rate without the ball.
Mac Allister and Matias Zaracho is too young. Both players looks an interesting breed of Midfielders. Hope they find the foot, Why don’t Ascacibar get selected at least in the 23. He is too good player to b e ignored, In the absence of Battaglia Ascacbibar should have been there to get an experience of the NT.
Nico Domeniguez and Palacios r the other too vibrant type of midfield players which we were craving for years. with all these young guys in Middle it looks so refreshing.
I am worried about Zaracho injury problem…
Palacios, Nicolas Dominguez, now Mac Allister….and then Thiago Almada?
Hope that Mac Allister will be given a chance to play for his beloved homeland Arg not just as prevention he will choose another country for playing. He is potential player with high talent
I might be wrong but I don’t think he has a second passport. They loaned him because they could not even get a work permit for him.
