Maher Carrizo scored for the Argentina U20 team in their 1-1 draw vsl Mauritania at the COTIF tournament.
Carrizo got his second goal of the tournament after scoring his first in Argentina’s 1-0 win vs. ADH Brazil. It was Mauritania who took the 1-0 lead after a well worked corner kick in the second half.
Argentina would leave it very late to equalize. Diego Placente’s team were awarded a penalty kick in injury time and it was Carrizo who scored to draw Argentina level.
