A deal has been agreed in principle for Juan Musso to join Atletico Madrid from Atalanta.

Juan Musso could soon be joining Atletico Madrid. According to Fabrizio Romano, Atletico and Atalanta have agreed a deal in principle for Diego Simeone’s team to sign Musso on a loan with a buy clause.

The buy clause would become mandatory under certain conditions. They are waiting for Atalanta to sign a replacement for the goalkeeper.

Joining Atalanta in 2021 from Udinese, the 30 year old Argentine won the Europa League with them last season.

    • You spoke what I wanted to say. I don’t get what the hype of Soule is all about. But Paredes in that midfield today was slow and disaster alongside Cristante.

    • Personally I insist Julian Alvarez leaving City was misguided decision. Pep Guardiola loved and wanted to keep him. Now he should not give any excuse of being upstaged by previous teammates like haaland and Foden.

    • Marcos Senesi injured. Otamedi I understand due age factor, but Senesi inclusion is scandalous. There Balerdi, Facundo Medina. Scaloni should not be giving any more excuses

    Simeone wants maximum Argentine international to warm the bench.

    Only positive is..there was a talk of Oblak leaving Atletico…if thats the case..then it’s a good move.

  7. I think after worldcup, mainly clash with Frenchy our players not getting enough of reputation from europe and big clubs are avoiding and trying to insult quality of Argn players..

  8. Terrible move IMO. He’s going to rot on the bench unless Oblak gets injured.
    Honestly I had such high hopes for him and I thought he could backup Dibu but if he’s willing to be second fiddle then he has no business being in the NT. Rulli and Benitez are definitely ahead of him in my view.
