Agustin ALMENDRA out of Argentina U20 team, Julian LOPEZ replaces

Agustin ALMENDRA is out of the Argentina U20 team and has been replaced by Julian LOPEZ.

The official Argentina Twitter account has tweeted out that due to a knee injury, Agustin ALMENDRA of Boca Juniors has been ruled out of the South American Youth tournament. His replacement is Racing’s Julian LOPEZ.

  1. Lamela is destroying his career by staying with Spurs. He was clearly told by Pochettino that he is not part of his plan this season and he should look for a move but he decided to stay anyway. He got extremely lucky as some of his teammates got injured and he was granted the spot in the starting XI. He made best use of that and scored plenty of goals and created quite a few chances for his team. But as soon as the injured players came back he not only got relegated to bench , no one seems to pass him the ball at all!!

    Today’s match even though many times, him being unmarked and in far better position to score , his teammates didn’t pass him the ball. Son ,Kane , Ali and Errikson taking on defenders one-on-one as if they were Messi and wasting chance after chance mean while Poch just sitting by the dugout and praying someone will produce something baffled me!! It seems like Poch has given strict instruction to his players not to pass the final ball to Lamela and he only wants Lamela to serve his teammates. Lamela is a far-better overall player than most of his teammates but for him to excel he needs to be one of the main man in the team and currently in Tottenham he isn’t. He should seriously request for a transfer to either Spain or Italy like Loceslo, if he decides to stick there for another season also then it will be bye bye for him from the national team!!!

      I disagree.Why Spurs should change for Lamela mate? They’re playing brilliantly without Lamela than with him in the first team. Why anyone would want to change that?! It’s crazy. Although different players and at times position, I can’t say how overall Lamela is a better player than Dele,Son,and Eriksen?
