The AFA announced the Argentina U23 team for the training sessions in Buenos Aires before the CONMEBOL pre-Olympic in Venezuela starting on January 20.
The list has 24 players and is made up exclusively of players from Argentina’s first division, Brasileirao and Major League Soccer. They will practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Lionel Messi camp.
The following were excluded from the list: those who are playing the second phase of the Copa LPF, those who will play in the final of the Copa Argentina and those playing in Europe.
For those playing in Europe: since the International Olympic Committee competitions are not part of the official FIFA calendar, the clubs are not obliged to lend their players. Therefore, those players would not be in Mascherano’s options.

I think he is winger by trade I don’t know how good is he though. I do know he was at River before he moved to the Estudiantes de La Plata, f. Redondo is linked by Atlético, Real and ajax this guy is big deal he should move to Europe after CONMEBOL pre-Olympic.
Ajax is the perfect destination for him rn, Almada should go too.
Is there any impressive box to box player in our u17 team?
