Alejo Véliz scored for RCD Espanyol in their 2-1 win vs. Rayo Vallecano.
Véliz got his first goal for his new club, scoring in the 96th minute of the match. With the score at 1-1, it was a counter attack for Espanyol and with the initial effort saved, the play continued, the ball fell to the Argentine and he scored.
The 20 year old joined RCD Espanyol on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
