Santiago Castro scored for Bologna in their 2-1 win vs. Monza.

Castro made it two goals in two matches for Bologna, scoring the goal that would give them the win. With the score at 1-1, the Argentine receive the ball from outside of the penalty area and his right footed effort would beat the goalkeeper to give Bologna the 2-1 lead.

The 20 year old joined Bologna from Velez earlier this year.

  1. Alvarez had his best game for Atletico today. Almost scored a curling banger from distance only to be denied by the cross bar. Created multiple chances only to be wasted by his team-mates. His sublime positioning and high futballing intelligence needs to be made use of! As a no9 he hardly gets any service but as a second striker or a attacking mid role he is in more control of his game. Simeone should seriously consider playing him more in that role and give him a 10 games start. He needs time to build the cohesion amd chemistry with his new team-mates.

    Also, many Chelsea fans including Pochettino was in favor of keeping Galllagar and I can see why. He is a better finisher than Enzo and won many balls and scored the equalizer today!
