Argentine left-back Valentín Barco is set to join French club RC Strasbourg, currently 9th in Ligue 1, on a six-month loan with a €10 million purchase option, according to journalist Gastón Edul.
Barco, 20, is on loan at Sevilla from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion but has struggled for playing time in La Liga. This move to Strasbourg offers the young defender a fresh opportunity to gain valuable minutes and showcase his talent in a competitive league.
Along with Barco there were a few more moves.
Carlos Alcaraz has moved to Everton on loan from Flamengo.
Cristian Ordonez and Mateo Pellegrino both from Velez have joined relegation bound Parma.
Valentini moved to Fiorentina on a free.

Actually they’re a decent club. They started out badly but seem to have turned things around and they’re only 7 points off a champions league spot and if they continue their form they might, MIGHT, *just* make it.
