With the Italian team leading by one in the 50th minute, Martínez received a pass inside the box, controlled it quickly, and struck a powerful right-footed shot into the top corner, doubling the visitors’ lead.
Lautaro reached his 18th Champions League goal, becoming Inter’s all-time leading scorer in the competition.
Argentine forward Julián Carranza started for Feyenoord and was substituted in the 59th minute.
