Rodrigo De Paul scores, Lionel Messi had two assists for Inter Miami in their 3-1 win against Vancouver to win the MLS Cup.
The final of the MLS Cup was played in Miami and ten Argentine players and Javier Mascherano won the MLS Cup with Inter Miami. Lionel Messi had a pass in the play for Inter Miami’s first goal which was an own goal scored by Vancouver.
Javier Mascherano’s team were up 1-0 until Vancouver drew level and nearly took a 2-1 lead. With the score at 1-1, Lionel Messi played a pass in to Rodrigo De Paul and he scored to give Inter Miami the 2-1 lead.
With Inter Miami leading 2-1, Lionel Messi played a pass to Tadeo Allende and he would score Inter Miami’s third goal of the match. For Inter Miami, it was Lionel Messi, Rodrigo De Paul, Gonzalo Lujan, Tomás Aviles, Baltasar RodrÃguez, Óscar Ustari, Tadeo Allende, Mateo Silvetti, Rocco RÃos Novo and Marcelo Weigandt who won the trophy.
