Nico Paz scored and assisted for Como in their 2-0 win against Juventus.
The Argentine made it four goals and four assists in seven matches for Como. With the score at 0-0, Paz had the assist on Marc-Oliver Kempf’s goal to give them the 1-0 lead.
At 1-0, Máximo Perrone played a pass to Paz who was out wide. He dribbled inside, beat his marker and his effort beat the goalkeeper for Como’s second goal of the match.
Como have scored nine goals in Serie A and Paz has contributed to eight of them.
Meh… We at AFA will stick with the great Lo Celso, thank you.
All other news aside, today is the day when hopefully ARG U20 lifts that 7th world cup champion banner after many years of disappointments, sounds familiar? To be both WC and U20 WC champion would be oh so sweet.
Respect for my Moroccan brothers and very well-done.
Paz is the main man at Como and the team is built around him. Right now, it is Messi in the national team but eventually it will be between Mastantuono and him. Paz doesn’t shine like in Como for the national team because he is a supporting cast right now.
Buendia is doing amazing this season after his successful loan spell in Germany! He is another attacking midfield option however with our backup midfielders Locelso, Palacios, Paredes are not consistent both fitness and form wise and Depaul was not very impressive in the last match, Scaloni may be start paying attention to Equi Fernandez and Buendia!
Miami finished third in MLS league stage but scored 29 goals and 16 assists in 28 matches! So far 37 goals and 19 assists overall for Miami this season! Feel bad for MLS defenders but the same time they are quite fortunate to play against him.
Great going…
Walking into starting lineup..!
Given Nico Paz’s demonstrated talent, it is recommended that the coaching staff consider integrating him into the midfield, potentially adjusting the formation to accommodate him, and evaluating the current role of Rodrigo De Paul.
De Paul, Lo Celso, Montiel, and Acuna are all waste of spots. But Scaloni will take them to the WC even if they aren’t fit enough to go there. Although I am one of those people who were with the decision of dropping Dybala completely from the team because of his fitness and performance issues with the national team, what I still don’t understand is how quick was Scaloni to drop him, but clings to some old, finished players.
How dare you? Scaloni can do no wrong. Even if he plays Franco Armani as a striker, he is doing it because it is best for the team. Our brains are too small to understand it.
Nice sarcasm 😆
