Paulo Dybala scored the only goal in Roma’s 1-0 away win over Sassuolo in the eighth round of Serie A.
The Argentine forward found the net in the 16th minute, reacting quickly inside the box to a rebound left by the opposing goalkeeper. After scoring, he celebrated by placing the ball under his shirt in dedication to his partner, Oriana Sabatini, as they await the birth of their daughter.
Dybala started the match, completing 22 of 28 passes before being substituted in the 66th minute by Matías Soulé. The victory keeps Roma in second place in the Serie A table.

In other news: Santi Castro scored for Bologna, but Benja Dominguez never plays anymore under Italiano. Buendia assist and Dibu’s performance vs City. Cuti still injured for a supposedly benign injury he sustained in training not so long ago. He missed a bunch of games for Spurs. He is injury prone unfortunately which is a shame, our best defender, we need him healthy. We are not winning another trophy without healthy Cuti.
Mastantuono, an unused sub in El Classico. He needs time to settle, Xavi Alonso fancied him initially but I have not seen anything decisive from him yet.
