Tomás Pérez is close to joining Atletico Mineiro from FC Porto.
The two clubs are negotiating for the Argentine to join the Brazilian team. According to Uriel Iugt, both Atletico Mineiro and FC Porto are finalizing the details for the midfielder to join Atletico Mineiro on loan with an option to buy.
