Marcos Acuña was substituted out for River Plate with a hamstring problem.
Acuña started River Plate’s Apertura match against Belgrano but was substituted out with an injury. The 34 year old appeared to tweak his right hamstring, the same hamstring where he has had fitness issues.
Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni is expected to announce his list of players for the World Cup between Thursday and Friday.
