Lautaro Martinez scored and got himself red carded in Inter’s 1-1 draw vs. Cagliari.
Martinez went from hero to villain in the match. The Inter hitman gave his team a 1-0 lead through a lovely header in the first half. Cagliari would go on to score in the second half.
However, there was more to the match than simply two goals. In injury time, Lautaro lost his composure and saw himself get red carded.
Ever Banega has signed with Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia.
The club announced the signing of Banega from Sevilla where he will be joining them at the end of the season. Banega will be joining the club on a free as his contract expires.
Banega joined Sevilla in 2017 from Inter and has been in Europe since 2008 with one short stint in 2014 with Newell’s in Argentina.

Nicolas Capaldo and Nehuen Perez scored for the Argentina U23 team in their 2-0 win vs. Chile.
Fernando Batista’s team made it two wins out of two to top their group in the Olympic qualifiers. Capaldo opened the scoring for Argentina early in the game with a lovely effort from just inside the penalty area. His right footed shot was fired into the top corner of the goal.
In the second half it was captain Nehuez Perez who doubled Argentina’s lead. A free kick sent into the area found Adolfo Gaich as the big man headed it towards Perez to score.
Argentina play Ecuador next on Monday.

Marcos Rojo is set to join Estudiantes de la Plata on loan.
Per several reports emerging out of Argentina, Rojo will be joining his childhodo club Estudiantes on a six month loan from Manchester United. Estudiantes chairman Juan Sebastian Veron has already confirmed that they have been negotiating with United for the 29 year old.
Rojo would be joining Javier Mascherano at the club with the coach being Gabriel Milito.
