Bologna have reached an agreement with Vélez for Santiago Castro.

Per reports by Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio from Sky Sports, the 19-year-old striker will join Bologna on a five-year contract. As stated in an official announcement by the Argentina Football Association, the player left the U-23 national team on Wednesday and traveled to Buenos Aires with AFA president Claudio Tapia and Doctor Fernando Rudi to undergo a medical check-up.

Castro will return to Venezuela and train again with his Argentina teammates this Friday.

Napoli are in advanced talks for Nehuén Pérez and personal terms have been agreed.

Nehuén Pérez could be playing with Napoli. According to Fabrizio Romano, Napoli are advancing to get the 23 year old from Udinese.

Personal terms have been agreed and negotiations with Udinese are in the final stages. Atletico Madrid have a sell on clause for Pérez.

Claudio Echeverri has signed with Manchester City.

Echeverri has signed with City but will remain at River Plate. The Premier League champions announced on Thursday that the 18 year old has signed with them until June 2028 but will remain with River Plate until January of next year.
