Apple TV+ announced that they will release a documentary called Messi’s World Cup: The Rise of a Legend.

Lionel Messi will be getting another documentary. The tech media giant announced on Friday that they will be releasing a four part documentary event on February 21 about Lionel Messi winning the World Cup.

The trailer has been released and shows clips of an interview with Messi, clips from the World Cup and Gary Lineker giving his thoughts on Messi.

González suffered an injury during Fiorentina’s Europa Conference League match against Ferencvaros. The club announced that he has a muscle problem affecting the right thigh flexors.

Lionel Messi is a finalist for the FIFA Best Men’s Player award.

Messi is the current holder of the award, having won it for 2022 and is once more a finalist. The Best player in the world won the Ligue 1 with PSG and also became the all time top scorer in the top five European leagues.

Along with Messi, Kylian Mbappe was also nominated. Mbappe won Ligue 1, while being the top scorer and being named the Ligue 1 Player of the Year.

Erling Haaland is the third nominee. Haaland won the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup with Manchester City. He also won the Premier League Golden Boot and the 2022-2023 European Golden Shoe.

Argentine players still in the Champions League

The group stages of the Champions League has concluded and there are 11 Argentine players left in the tournament.

Julián Álvarez lifted the Champions League trophy last season with Manchester City and is the highest Argentine scorer in the tournament with four goals in four matches. Álvarez and City finished first in their group ahead of RB Leipzig.

Atletico Madrid are the team with the most Argentine players with Rodrigo De Paul, Ángel Correa and Nahuel Molina and they finished first with Taty Castellanos and Lazio finishing second in the group.

Nico Paz and Real Madrid finished first with Gio Simeone and Napoli finishing second behind them.

Mateo Tanlongo and FC Copenhagen finished second behind Bayern to qualify for the next round with Walter Benítez and PSV finished behind Arsenal in their group.

Lautaro Martínez and Inter made the Champions League final last season and they finished behind Real Sociedad in their group while Alan Varela and FC Porto qualifying second. Here are the Argentine players that are still in the Champions League.

Di María has once more scored from a corner kick. Benfica were awarded a corner kick and it was the Argentine who took it and not for the first time in his career, he scored from a corner kick and gave Benfica the 1-0 lead.

The 35 year old also had an assist in their Champions League match. With Benfica leading 1-0, Di María played a pass in to Rafa Silva who scored.
