Matías Soulé and Valentín Castellanos scored in Lazio’s 3-1 win vs. Frosinone on matchday 18 of Serie A.

Soulé would open the score when Frosinone was awarded a penalty in the 58th minute. Lazio’s goalkeeper would dive to his right, while the 20-year-old kicked it to the goalkeeper’s left. With this goal, the Argentine reaches his seventh goal in Serie A this season, his second from the penalty spot, and shares fifth place in the goal-scoring table.

Just 12 minutes after Soulé’s goal, Castellanos found the equalizer with a brilliant header. He would later assist a teammate in the following goal with a well-timed short pass.

Enzo Barrenechea also started the game and was shown a yellow card.

Carlos Alcaraz scored for Southampton in their 2-1 win vs. Plymouth.

Alcaraz made it three goals in the Championship this season and four goals for the season. With the score at 0-0, the Argentine received the ball on the outside of the penalty area and curled one into the corner of the goal to give Southampton the 1-0 lead.

The 21 year old has three goals and one assist in the league and one goal in the EFL Cup.

Alejo Véliz scored his first Premier League goal for Tottenham in their 4-2 loss vs. Brighton.

With Tottenham 4-0 down, the ball would fall to Véliz inside the penalty area and with the Brighton goalkeeper coming out, he would kick it with his right foot after a one-touch control and he would score. The 20-year-old striker celebrated effusively his first Premier League goal. This has been a rough season for him since, before this match, he had only played 14 minutes in six games.

Giovanni Lo Celso also entered the pitch in the second half for the Spurs, while Facundo Buonanotte started for Brighton and played 58 minutes. Tottenham’s defense suffered without Cristian Romero, who will continue to be out for the next 4-5 weeks.
