Fulham agrees deal with Sevilla for Lucas Ocampos

Fulham have agreed a deal with Sevilla to sign Lucas Ocampos.

With the transfer market closing soon, clubs are moving and an Argentine could be moving to the Premier League. Sky Sports have reported that Premier League club Fulham have agreed a deal with Sevilla for the 29 year old winger.

The deal agreed and the transfer is now in the player’s hands. Sevilla are presently in the Champions League while Fulham did not qualify for European competition.

Lucas Ocampos joined Sevilla in 2019 where he spent part of his time there on loan at Ajax.

Exequiel Palacios of Bayer Leverkusen has caught the attention of Liverpool with the transfer marking reaching its end.

Palacios has been in great form for Bayer Leverkusen since last season and according to The Athletic, it caught the eye of Liverpool.

Despite the attention brought on to the Argentine World Cup winner, The Athletic do report that Leverkusen have no intention of selling him.

The 24 year old joined Leverkusen from River Plate.

Giovani Lo Celso is set to stay at Tottenham Hotspur.

Lo Celso has been linked with a move away from Tottenham but after taking part in pre-season and despite not starting any Premier League games, is set to stay. According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou is happy with him.

It would reportedly take “an important bid” for Tottenham to change their stance on the Argentine.

Nahuel Molina, Rodrigo De Paul and Ángel Correa either scored or assisted for Atletico Madrid in their 7-0 win vs. Rayo Vallecano.

Rodrigo De Paul had two assists for Atletico Madrid as he assisted the first goal, a cross which found Antoine Griezmann and he would score to give Atletico the 1-0 lead.

Nahuel Molina would scored his first goal of the season with a Rodrigo De Paul assist. De Paul would play a through ball in to Molina and his effort would beat the goalkeeper as he would score.

Ángel Correa would score and assist in the match after being brought on as a substitute. Correa would chip the goalkeeper for Atletico’s fifth goal of the match.

Correa would also get the assist on Atletico’s sixth goal, a pass to Morata as Diego Simeone’s team would add more goal for the 7-0 win.

Lautaro Martínez scored for Inter as he overtook Diego Maradona and Cristiano Ronaldo in Serie A goals.

Martínez reached 82 Serie A goals for Inter in their 2-0 win vs. Cagliari, scoring his third goal of the season. According to ArchivoLautaro, the 26 year old overtook Maradona and Cristiano in goals scored in the league.

The Argentine overtook fellow World Cup winner Diego Maradona who scored 81 goals in Serie A with Napoli and Cristiano Ronaldo who scored 81 goals with Juventus.
