Emiliano INSUA has replaced Lucas BIGLIA in the Argentina team.
Lucas BIGLIA has picked up an injury and is out of Argentina’s matches later this month. As Argentina National Team coach Jorge SAMPAOLI prepares for this month’s friendly matches against Nigeria and Russia, he’ll be unable to count on AC Milan’s Lucas BIGLIA who has a knock in his leg. SAMPAOLI has decided not to waste any time and has already called-up former Liverpool man Emiliano INSUA to the squad.
INSUA, now 28 years old and currently with Bundesliga club Stuttgart, last played for Argentina in 2011 when Sergio BATISTA was in charge in the team’s 2-1 loss to Poland.
