Lucas Boyé scored for Elche in their 3-2 loss vs. Real Betis.

Boyé made it two goals for the season for Elche in a match which saw three red cards. Elche took the 1-0 lead very early in the match and Boyé made it 2-0 with a shot from outside of the penalty area.

The 26 year old was part of the Argentina national team last year but was not part of the team which won the Finalissima or the World Cup. Lisandro Magallán of Betis started the match but was red carded.

Germán Pezzella started for Real Betis as part of their come back win. Betis scored the last goal of the match in injury time.

    • Yes I watched the whole match. And yes it’s only a yellow card for me also. It’s just a light elbow hit from correa. Atletico was dominating real clearly and ref made a poor decision against correa. Also it’s unfortunate for de Paul to miss out on this derby. Molina played well. Made many good forward runs. And that 18 year old Alvaro Rodriguez scored for real. Great header. And Uruguay getting their players to play in top teams from this small population is impressive.
