Argentina win 2023 Laureus World Team of the Year award

The Argentina national team have won the 2023 Laureus World Team of the Year award.

Argentina continue to win individual and team awards. Lionel Messi was named the 2023 Laureus World Sportsman of the Year and now Argentina have won one as a team.

Lionel Scaloni’s team won the award ahead of Real Madrid, the England Women’s Football Team, France Men’s Rugby Team, Golden State Warriors and the Oracle Red Bull Racing team.

  1. This season in EPL Julian Macallister buendia and Emi has a great season. I particularly mention buendia coz he plays as the no 10 in a most improved team. That’s enough for him to get into the NT atleast as a sub. Emi should play in European tournament as he is well known for his potential in limited matches tournaments and penalties. Enzo was great till that Everton game. From there may be Lampard has effected his game. Senesi has also a good season. Alcaraz needs to find a new club. He is a good prospect. May be he can be a new buendia playing and become a hero in the championship is better. I think brazilian dominance is getting shrinked in EPL compared to Argentine players. May be due to the wc effect. More and more Argentine should come into the EPL. Nico Gonzalez is capable of it in my opinion. Both buanonotte and peronne has not got many chances. I hope they can adjust and become more influential there.
