Benfica have announced the signing of Ángel Di María.

It is now officla. Ángel Di María is once more a Benfica players. The club made the announcement on Wednesday, first releasing a short video displaying Argentina flags.

They would tweet out two more images, the first with the caption “Welcome home, Di María” and the second with a caption stating “he’s back”.

Ángel Di María was being linked with a move back to the club, having previously played there between 2008 and 2010. He has signed a one year deal with the club.

  1. Dybala to Chelsea? It will be good to see Dybala playing epl under pochettino who admires him, Dybala scored 18 goals and provided eight assists in 38 appearances which is ridiculously good.
