Alejandro Garnacho nominated for the Golden Boy award

Alejandro Garnacho has bene nominated for the Golden Boy award.

Garnacho is in third place for the award and is the only Argentine nominated in the top 10 list. The award is established Tuttosport and all nominees are under the age of 21 and play in the first division in Europe.

Facundo Buonanotte and Valentín Carboni are also nominated but in the top 100 players. The Argentine is nominated along with Lamine Yamal, Joao Neves, Warren Zaire-Emery, Leny Yoro, Savio, Kobbie Mainoo, Pau Cubarsi, Aleksandar Pavlovic and Rico Lewis.

Only two Argentine players have won the award. Lionel Messi in 2005 and after that in 2007, it was Sergio Agüero.
