Javier Mascherano to coach Inter Miami, step down as Argentina U20 coach

Javier Mascherano is set to be announced as the new coach of Inter Miami and step down as coach of the Argentina U20 national team.

Mascherano will be the new coach of Inter Miami. According to César Luis Merlo, Mascherano will coach Javier Mascherano in Miami and he will sign a long term deal with the club.

He coached the Argentina national team at the 2023 U20 World Cup and the 2024 Olympic games.

    As about Leo he doesn t have to prove anything to anyone.
    He is the best ever. Simple as that.
    My personal desire is he return back home to play his last.

  3. AFA needs to promote Diego Placente to U23 level, I believe he has done a better job in the younger category than Mashche.

    • Good news for Argentina fans but not for Inter Miami and Messi’s fans. Mascherano need to learn a lot. I Hope hé will do it from there. Placenta really IS better and deserve to coach the U23 team.
