Argentina U20 team qualify for U20 World Cup with 1-0 win vs. Colombia

The Argentina U20 national team have qualified for the 2025 U20 World Cup after their 1-0 win against Colombia.

Argentina will be at the 2025 U20 World Cup. Ian Subiabre scored the only goal for Argentina in their 1-0 win against Colombia and brought Argentina to nine points out of nine, qualifying for the U20 World Cup.

Diego Placente’s team won 2-1 against Chile and 4-3 against Uruguay in the final group matches. They qualify with two games left to play against Brazil and Paraguay.

    • Subiabre is too tiny for Europe. at least rite. Needs to play a couple of years in Argentina. Sadly, with Gallardo around that won’t happen. He has assembled a retirement home cum Expats colony at River. River doomed.
