Argentina might play against France next year. According to Fernando Czyz, if France qualify for the 2026 World Cup in their November double match day, they would be looking at opponents for March and Argentina could be one of those opponents.
Lionel Scaloni’s team is set to play Spain in the Finalissima in March. The last match between both teams was the 2022 World Cup final.
After 2022 WC Final no match against France will be a friendly. I would be opposed to this match and let Argentina select another opponent with less acclaim. The focus should be on Spain in the Finalissima at end of March2026.
