Argentina’s group-stage venues confirmed for the 2026 World Cup

Although the draw took place on Friday, the venues were finalized today. With the 2026 World Cup draw completed, Argentina now has the full schedule for its group-stage matches, including opponents, dates, venues and kick-off times. The national team will compete in Group J against Algeria, Austria and Jordan.

Argentina will play its opening match on Tuesday, June 16, at 22:00 (ARG) against Algeria at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The second match is set for Monday, June 22, at 14:00 (ARG) against Austria at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.

The group will conclude on Saturday, June 27, at 23:00 (ARG) when Argentina faces Jordan, again at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas.

Argentina will not play in San Francisco, a venue initially linked to Group J. The distance between Kansas City and Dallas is approximately 800 kilometers, with a flight time of about one hour and thirty minutes.
