Santino Andino is set to join Panathinaikos from Godoy Cruz.

Andino will be joining the Greek Club. According to César Luis Merlo, the two clubs have reached a verbal agreement over the Argentina U20 national team forward.

The 20 year old will join until June 2029 for €10 million. Andino was part of the Argentina U20 national team whcih reached the final of the 2025 U20 World Cup.

  1. Alvarez seems to be going through another long goal drought. He had a very poor second half of his last season at City, and now the same thing is happening at Atltico. I would blame his poor run of form on his constant pressing and Simeone’s poor management. The whole Atlético team is struggling to score, not just him, but Alvarez clearly isn’t being used properly when he’s always pressing and tracking back.
    Scaloni needs to be careful about how he uses Alvarez for Argentina. He’s not playing to his strengths if he’s focused equally on attacking and defending. I wouldn’t be surprised if thenew Atletico leadership loses patience with Simeone’s poor results and cut him loose.

    On the other hand, Lautaro is in very good form. Serie-a games are often low scoring, with many ending in draws, and he’s still scoring regularly. He also had an excellent Copa.
