Claudio Echeverri scored and assisted for Girona in their 3-0 win against Athletic Club.
Echeverri got his first goal and assist for Girona, scoring in their win. With Girona leading 1-0, Echeverri received the ball inside the penalty area and after his initial effort on goal was saved, the ball would rebound to him and he would bicycle kick pass it to Azzedine Ounahi who would score to give Girona the 2-0 lead.
At 2-0, Echeverri would receive the ball inside the penalty area and score Girona’s third goal of the match. The Argentine joined Girona from Bayer Leverkusen earlier this year.
