Argentina rumored eleven vs. Zambia, Lionel Messi and Julián Álvarez

The Argentina national team will play Zambia on Tuesday with both Lionel Messi and Julián Álvarez set to start.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni has already confirmed that Lionel Messi will start Tuesday’s match against Zambia. According to Gastón Edul, it will be Julián Álvarez that will start with Messi.

Emiliano Martinez will be the goalkeeper and Scaloni will go with the same back line that started and won the World Cup final. Nahuel Molina, Cristian Romero, Nicolás Otamendi and Nicolás Tagliafico will start.

Lionel Scaloni has one doubt and that is between Leandro Paredes or Rodrigo De Paul to start with Enzo Fernández, Alexis Mac Allister and Thiago Almada. Here is the rumored eleven:

Emiliano Martínez; Molina, Romero, Otamendi, Tagliafico; Enzo, Paredes or De Paul, Mac Allister, Almada; Messi and Julián Álvarez

  1. Following Panichelli injury players like Enzo Fernandez should not be overplayed. I hope Chelsea manager rests him in the upcoming FA cup fixtures. Same applies to Julian Alvarez he needs limited game time in less important matches to avoid injuries. Perhaps Simeone is doing him a big favor avoiding to play him full 90. Look at Raphinha he will miss key matches. Just hope no any player gets ruled out of world cup due to injuries

  2. Retegui looks like he’s put on some weight since joining the Saudi Pro League. I bet he’s regretting his decision to choose Italy over Argentina right about now.

Italy’s footballing decline serves as a cautionary tale for Argentina. As the Argentine league’s quality wanes and fewer players succeed in Europe’s top tiers, the national team faces a difficult transition once Messi retires.

  3. Same fucking eleven will remain until 2099..scalonii is going to mad.. why taglafico ,de paul and peredes why…??
No barco,No Prestianni,no paz and no simeone …
