Nico Paz scored in Como’s 4-3 loss to Inter Milan in Serie A. The Argentine midfielder made it 2-0 for his team early in the match, as Como surprised the league leaders before Inter came back.
The goal started with a long pass from goalkeeper Jean Butez that caught Inter’s defense out of position. Paz ran into space on the right, controlled the ball, and entered the box. After a feint that moved both the defender and goalkeeper Yann Sommer, he finished with a left-footed shot to the far post.
It was his 11th goal of the season. Inter later turned the match around to lead 4-2, before Como scored a late penalty.
With the win, Inter stay top of the table with 75 points, nine ahead of second place. Como are fifth with 58 points.

Scaloni should take Mariano Troilo of Parma to world cup instead of Leo Balerdi and Quarta; he is a way better option than them.
Troilo is an interesting option, better than Quarta for sure, he is more of a regular for Parma lately, but as a middle CB in a back 3 which suits him best as he is not super fast as far as I know. He’s a big dude, 194cm or 6’4″ and 86kg/190lbs, physically imposing and can dominate strikers with that physique, he was really good vs AC Milan earlier this season. But he came from a minor club in Cordoba to a minor club in Serie A (with all due respect to Parma’s past in the 90s), so I am not sure he’d be up for it, but I would not mind if he is looked at again. Balerdi makes me nervous.
Meanwhile, Licha is starting for MU today vs Leeds, so at least some good news on that front.
Nico Paz played well against Inter yesterday, I was watching that game and paying close attention. He’s a modern 10 who has the attributes to play as an 8 too. I would not mind if he finds himself as a starter for Argentina, he seems ready for the challenge.
I believe we can implement a midfield three, with a focus on an 8/10 role. This could involve a deep-lying playmaker, such as Paredes or Alexis Mac Allister, complemented by a double 8 pairing like Enzo and Paz.
