Lautaro Martínez has been named as the Serie A Striker of the Season.
Martínez has 17 goals and six assists in 29 league matches, the highest goal scorer in the league, four goals ahead of Anastasios Douvikas of Como who has 13 goals in 31 matches. The Argentine missed five league matches due to injury and three where he was an unused substituted for Inter.
This is the second time that Lautaro has been named as the league’s top scorer, having finished the 2023-2024 season with 24 goals. Lautaro was also named as the Serie A Player of the Month for May.
