IP Switch have sent a new bid to Bayer Leverkusen for Exequiel Palacios.

The Argentine could be playing in the Premier League. According to Fabrizio Romano, IP Switch sent in a new official bid for the 27 year old.

Nothing is agreed but IP Switch are optimistic to close the deal.
