Messi and Lautaro are the two Argentine players that are nominated for the Ballon d’Or this year. The 39 year old scored eight goals and had four assists in eight World Cup matches. With Inter Miami, Messi has 18 league goals and 10 assists in 20 league matches.
Lautaro had three goals in seven matches at the World Cup and had 22 goals in 41 matches with Inter.
