Marcos Senesi was substituted out for Bournemouth.

Senesi started Bournemouth’s match against Burnely but did not complete it. The 26 year old left the pitch in the first half with discomfort.

The severity of Senesi’s injury is still unknown. Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni included Marcos Senesi in the team for the March matches.

I hope he gets well soon, as he is one of the most successful Argentine players in top leagues of Europe. But it does not really matter to his prospects in the national team. He was not going to get any minutes anyway.

Quite unfortunate. Perhaps he should consider Facundo Medina/ Lucas Martinez Quarta. But personally I would prefer Facundo Medina.
