Ángel Di María and Nicolás Otamendi both won the Portuguese League Cup with Benfica.
Di María and Otamendi lifted another trophy with Benfica following their penalty shootout win against Sporting in the final. Di María had an assist on Benfica’s goal, which was scored by Andreas Schjelderup.
The match went to penalty kicks and both Di María and Otamendi scored their respective penalties in the 7-6 shootout win.
