Valentín Gómez has joined Real Betis from Vélez.
Gómez has put pen to paper and has signed Real Betis, the club announcing his signing on Saturday. The 22 year old center back joins them on a deal which will keep him at the club until 2030.
The Argentine has previously played with the Argentina U20 national team.
I have been one of the few critical Mundo memebers about Garnacho. He is a hype forsure,yet Man utd is not the right club to measure players,right now. A failure in Man utd can be a class elsewhre and the vice-versa. I personally belive that sh#t club is paying the price of their arrogance and manipulation they did during the Fergie era. Look at Casemero.I have no doub that he is a world class in his position but Man utd.
In a nutshell let’s give a benefit doubt especially if he moved to Spanish, though I personally have been suspicious about his attitude and skills since the very day I saw him.
What is going on with Garnacho? Has he been exposed as a fraud, finally? He has played 2 full season in the toughest league in the world and has hardly improved! He is the same player from 3 years ago, essentially! Miserable finishing with horrible futballing IQ!! Whenever he finds himself where he can provide he goes for useless shots! Players with good IQ prioritize creating chances when starting their career and later focus on their strengths! This guy has good positioning and speed and if he prioritizes creating chances over wasting opportunities he will be a world class winger! But right now he is no where near national team material!
