Aarón Anselmino had an assist for Borussia Dortmund while Juan Foth was red carded for Villarreal in Dortmund’s 4-0 win.
Anselmino started in his first match in the Champions League and had an assist. With the score at 0-0, Dortmund were awarded a corner kick and Anselmino’s effort on goal landed to Sergou Guirassy who scored to give Dortmund the 1-0 lead.
With Dortmund leading 1-0, Dortmund had an effort on goal which was blocked by Juan Foyth but Foyth was judged to have used his arm to stop the ball on the line and was red carded.
Borussia Dortmund would score to more for their win in the Champions League.
