José Manuel López spoke about scoring his first goal with the Argentina national team.
López got his first goal for Argentina, scoring in the 4-0 win against Bolivia. The 25 year old spoke to the media after the match, here is what he had to say:
“I try to make the most of every opportunity the coach gives me. It’s an honor to play for the National Team. Very happy, luckily the goal came, the first one, and it’s a gift from life.
“I dedicate this to my family, my mom, the people of my town, San Lorenzo.”
He also spoke about Lionel Messi retiring:
“Personally, it’s all new for me. I only had Leo for a short time, but I enjoyed it to the fullest. We’ll support him, and we want him to be with us forever.”
