Argentina at the 2016 Copa America

Some news regarding the Albiceleste for the 2016 Copa America.

Argentina will be a seeded team, along with the United States, Mexico and Brazil for the upcoming Copa America this June. Because Argentina are in Group D, they will be playing on the following match days at the following locations:

Santa Clara, California: June 6
Chicago, Illinois: June 10
Seattle, Washington: June 14

Should Argentina win their group, they will play the runner up of Brazil’s group in Boston. For those familiar with the United States or even just by looking at a map, that’s quiet the traveling the team will have to do. The final is played in New Jersey at Metlife Stadium.

The draw for the Copa America will be held on Sunday, February 21 in New York.

Mauro ZARATE and Juan ITURBE have joined new clubs during this month’s transfer market.

Mauro ZARATE, previously of Velez, Inter Milan and West Ham, has left England and gone back to Italy as he has joined Fiorentina.

While ZARATE has left England, Juan ITURBE of AS Roma has joined English club Bournemouth on loan. The loan move is until the end of the 2015-2016 season.
