Julián Álvarez scored for Manchester City in their 3-1 win vs. Everton.

Álvarez has now made it three goals in his last two matches for Manchester City. With the match at 1-1, City were awarded a penalty and it was Álvarez who would take it.

The Argentine would kick down the middle and score to give City the 2-1 lead. City would score a third with Álvarez pressing the goalkeeper into a pass and Bernardo Silva scoring.

He now has 11 goals and nine assists for Manchester City this season in 27 matches.

Cristian Romero will miss 4-5 weeks for Tottenham Hotspur due to an injury.

Romero will miss the beginning of next year due to an injury he picked up on Saturday during their match against Everyon. Tottenham Hotspur coach Ange Postecoglou spoke at a press conference on Wednesday and stated that Romero is injured with a hamstring strain. Here is what he had to say:

“He had a scan the other day and has got a hamstring strain. We are looking at probably four or five weeks for him.”

Claudio Echeverri to Manchester City is a done deal.

Echeverri will be joining Julian Alvarez at Manchester City. According to César Luis Merlo, the Premier League champions will pay €25 million for him.

The 17 year old will stay with River Plate for one year and will be signing a long term contract.

Alejandro Garnacho scored twice for Manchester United in their 3-2 win vs. Aston Villa.

Garnacho has made it three Premier League goals for the season. With Emiliano Martinez and Aston Villa leading 2-0, it was Garnacho who got United back in the match.

A pass across the penalty area by Rashford and Garnacho would score from close range. Garnacho was also involved in the build up to the second goal.

The 19 year old received the ball in midfield and played it out wide before getting the ball back inside the penalty area. A left footed effort by the Argentine beat Martinez and he would draw United level.

Manchester United would take a 3-2 lead and Garnacho would be substituted off. He would be named as the Player of the Match.

Adolfo Gaich scored twice for Rizespor in their 2-2 draw vs. Kasimpasa and he reaches five goals in his last three matches.

Gaich is in great form in Turkey. With Kasimpasa leading 1-0, it was a cross into the penalty area which eventually found the 24 year old and he would score from close range to draw Rizespor level.

Once more, Kasimpasa would take the lead and once more it was Gaich who would score for Rizespor. A pass to Zeqiri and Rizespor were through on goal and he would pass it to Gaich and he would score his second goal of the game.

The Argentine has six goals in 17 league matches this season, nine goals in total with three of them coming in a hat trick in the Turkish Cup. He had scored two against Pendikspor in the match prior and one against Ankaragucu.
