Walter Benítez is in very advanced talks to play in the Premier League.

Benítez could be leacing PSV Eindhoven to play in England. According to Gastón Edul, the 32 year old is in very advanced talks to play in the Premier League but no club has been specified.

The Argentine has been with PSV since 2022, joining them from Nice. He has won the last two league titles in the Netherlands.

He is presently with the Argentina national team.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni will be without Leandro Paredes, Enzo Fernández and Nicolás Otamendi for their World Cup qualifying match against Chile due to yellow card accumulation.

Lionel Scaloni’s team will play Chile on Thursday and the three players will be available against Colombia on June 10 in Argentina’s second World Cup qualifying match.

Argentina national team players have started to arrive in Argentina for the June World Cup qualifiers.

Emiliano Martínez, Cristian Romero, Rodrigo De Paul and Mariano Troilo are some of the players that have arrived to the Argentina national team training camp for the two World Cup qualifying matches against Chile and Colombia.

Lionel Scaloni’s team will play Chile in Chile on Thursday, June 5 and will play on June 10 against Colombia in Buenos Aires.

The 23-year-old defender impressed throughout May, particularly with a standout performance against Boca Juniors in the Copa de la Liga quarterfinals.

Lionel Messi has become Inter Miami’s all time top goal scorer and the all time Inter Miami player with the most assists in the MLS.

Messi scored twice for Inter Miami in their 5-1 win against Colombus to become the team’s all time top scorer in the league. The Argentine is now on 31 goals, overtaking previous top scorer, Gonzalo Higuaín, who had 29 goals.

He also had two assists in the win to bring him to 17 assists, drawing him with Luis Suárez, who also has 17 assists. Messi reached the 31 goals and 17 assists in 38 matches.
