Alejandro Garnacho scored a goal of the season contender for Manchester United in their 3-0 win vs. Everton.
Garnacho scored one of the best goals in Manchester United history. A cross into the penalty area by Dalot found Garnacho and the Argentine with an acrobatic overhead kick scored to give United the 1-0 lead.
The 19 year old was awarded the Man of the Match award with the goal drawing comparisons to the one which was scored by Wayne Rooney against Manchester City.
Paulo Dybala scored his first league goal since September for AS Roma in their 3-1 win vs. Udinese.
Dybala started the match for AS Roma and the 30 year old celebrated a goal. With the score at 1-1, Dybala got the ball on the edge of the penalty area and the Argentine dribble into the penalty area and scored to give AS Roma the 2-1 lead.
Matías Soulé scored for Frosinone in their 2-1 win vs. Genoa.
Soulé scored Frosinone’s first goal of the match as the Argentine continues to impress. The 20 year old received the ball just outside of the penalty area and his left footed effort beat the goalkeeper and gave Frosinone the 1-0 lead.
Lionel Scaloni will be meeting with Claudio Tapia but will not be at the 2024 Copa America draw.
Scaloni stated after Argentina’s 1-0 win vs. Brazil that he will be thinking about his future. According to Gastón Edul, Scaloni will be travelling to Spain and a decision is not expected in the next few hours.
He will be meeting with Tapia before the end of the year and will be returning to Argentina before the end of the year. The Argentina national team coaching staff will also not be at the 2024 Copa America draw in Miami.
Argentina are in Pot A for the 2024 Copa America.
The reigning Copa America champions will be in the first pot when the draw for the 2024 Copa America takes place on December 7 in Miami. Argentina with Brazil, Mexico and the hosts United States have been drawn in the first pot.
Pot B consists of Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Pot C is Chile, Colombia, Panama and Jamaica.
Paraguay and Peru are the only two teams guaranteed in Pot D with the other two teams being one of Canada or Trinidad and Tobago and the last team one of Honduras and Costa Rica.
