Lautaro Martínez scored twice for Inter in their 3-1 win vs. Lazio.

Martínez reached 17 league goals for the season for Inter as his two goals helped give them the win. With Lazio leading 1-0, it was a ball inside the penalty areaa to Lautaro and as he was falling, the Argentine would score to draw Inter level.

Inter would take a 2-1 lead and a back pass to the goalkeeper was intercepted by Lautaro as he would beat the goalkeeper and score. Lautaro was brought on as a substitute as he did not start the match.

Joaquín Correa started for Inter while Luka Romero was an unused substitute.

Alejandro Garnacho signs new Manchester United contract until 2028

Alejandro Garnacho has signed a new Manchester United contract which would keep him at the club until 2028.

Garnacho will be remaining with Manchester United for the next five years. The club announced on Friday that he has signed a contract until June 30, 2028. The 18 year old spoke about his new contract on Manchester United’s official website. Here is what he had to say:

“When I joined this incredible club, I dreamt of achieving my debut, playing at Old Trafford, scoring my first goal and winning trophies with this badge on my chest.

“I feel very proud and emotional to have experienced these moments already, together with my family who have supported me every step of the way.

“We are all humbled to have this chance to continue our journey at Manchester United and I have already begun to work on achieving the next set of targets and ambitions.

“The manager and his coaching staff have helped me to improve in every way, and with their support, I am developing each day to help the team to be successful.

“I am relishing the future and can’t wait to create more special memories with this group, in front of our amazing supporters.”

Manchester United’s Football Director, John Murtough said this:

“Alejandro has really dedicated himself to achieving the objectives that the club set out for him since he arrived in Manchester.

“His talent, drive and determination to succeed saw him quickly progress from our Academy into the first team, and this new long-term contract reflects our confidence in him to continue his exciting development under the guidance of Erik and his staff.

“Alejandro has huge potential, and we are all looking forward to working with him to ensure he can fulfil his ambitions here at Manchester United in the coming years.”

The Argentine has played 31 matches in total this season, scoring five goals and having six assists.

Lucas Ocampos scored a late penalty for Sevilla in their 1-0 win vs. Athletic Club.

Ocampos has helped ensure that Sevilla’s winning form continues. The Argentine scored his third league goal of the season, all coming in the last six matches.

With the score at 0-0, Sevilla were awarded a penalty in the 90th minute after Ocampos himself was fouled inside the penalty area. It was Ocampos who took the penalty and scored as Sevilla would get the 1-0 win.

Facundo Buonanotte scored his first goal for Brighton in their 3-1 loss vs. Nottingham Forest.

Buonanotte got his first Premier League start for Brighton and would get his first goal. With the score at 0-0, it was an effort on goal by March which was saved by Keylor Navas but Buonanotte would get to the rebound and scored.

Both Buonanotte and Alexis Mac Allister would start the match in their loss.

Rodrigo De Paul scores second goal of the season for Atletico Madrid

Rodrigo De Paul scored his second goal of the season for Atletico Madrid in their 3-1 win vs. RCD Mallorca.

De Paul has scored his first goal since winning the World Cup with the Argentina national team. A regular starter in Atletico’s last four league matches, De Paul opened the scoring for Atletico.

With Mallorca leading 1-0, it was a pass by Antoine Griezmann to De Paul inside the penalty area and the Argentine would score to draw Atletico level.

Nahuel Molina would get an assist on the second goal. Molina would cross it with his left foot to Alvaro Morata and he would score a header to give Atletico the 2-1 lead.
