Valentín Barco is set to leave Boca Juniors and has told the club to accept Brighton’s offer.

Barco could be soon be playing in Europe. According to Gastón Edul, he has communicated with the club to activate his release clause of $10 million and is giving them until Tuesday to accept Brighton’s offer and to negotiate a percentage of his transfer.

The 19 year old has been linked with a move to Brighton and could be following in the footsteps of Alexis Mac Allister and Facundo Buonanotte who made the jump from Argentine football to Brighton. There are rumors of Barco joining Brighton on a six year contract.

The 22-year-old Argentine made it 4-0 for his team in the 85th minute, scoring the last goal of the match. After a series of rebounds inside the penalty area, the ball came to his feet inches away from the goal and with the goalkeeper out of position, he only had to push it to the back of the net. The goal was first disallowed but, after the VAR revision, it was awarded.

Enzo was substituted out after scoring and received an ovation from the Chelsea fans. He received an 8.1 in the Sofascore ratings.

Martínez has made it 16 goals in the league and has now scored a goal in each of his last three matches. With the score at 0-0, the ball fell to the Argentine inside the penalty area and an outside of the foot finish by Lautaro gave Inter the 1-0 lead.

The 26 year old played the entire match for Inter which ended in drama. At 1-1, Inter scored in injury time and Verona were awarded a penalty kick after that, which was missed.
