Lionel MESSI scored another free kick, this time placing it in the top corner in Barcelona’s 1-1 draw against Villarreal. Javier MASCHERANI played the full match for the current league champions. Meanwhile for the yellow submarines, MUSACCIO had to be substituted off due to a wrist injury.
Gonzalo HIGUAIN scored twice and DYBALA scored a goal for the Italian champions as they picked up a 3-0 win against Bologna. The win marks a Serie A record as the club have won 26 consecutive home matches.

After watching the game yesterday we can now state that Barcelona has become dependable on Messi just like the NT. Without him they will drop many points.
Next to Messi’s fantastic free kick it was very clear that Mateo Musacchio is nowadays a much better central defender than Mascherano. His timing and positioning is world class. Unfortunately he once again picked up an injury. When fit this guy belongs in our NT squad.
Barcelona’s back line is a far cry from the days of Puyol and Alves. If they do not improve soon they will end up with zero prizes at the end of the season.
If only he could score like that for Argentina ……….how different things could have been!
Who? Messi or Higuian?
C’mon Man, I was gonna say his name but I thought it was painfully obvious who I’m talking about.
Lol
yeah lol
