Sergio AGUERO, Pablo PIATTI, Mateo GARCIA and Emiliano SALA all scored for their clubs in Europe over the weekend.
In addition to Mauro ICARDI and Ever BANEGA scoring, four other Argentine’s put their names on the scoresheet.
Beginning in England, Sergio AGUERO scored for Manchester City in their 2-0 win against Middlesbrough. The win books City’s place in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
In Spain, we had two Argentine goalscorers in the same. Pablo PIATTI scored for Espanyol in their 4-3 win against Las Palmas. Mateo GARCIA was one of the goalscorers for Las Palmas. PIATTI now has 9 goals and 9 assists this season in Spain’s La Liga.
In France, it was Emiliano SALA who scored for FC Nantes in their 3-2 win against Montpellier.
