Watford coach Javi GARCIA was full of kind words to say when asked about Argentina international Roberto PEREYRA.

The former River Plate and Juventus man has been on fire for the hornets scoring three goals in three matches in the English Premier League this season. Speaking to the media, here’s what the GARCIA had to say:

“He is an important player for us. I think in this moment he feels confident and he finishes his chances to score very well.

“He is working with a good balance with the rest of the team. He’s showing a good attitude when we lose the ball, pressing high.

“Most important at the moment is the attitude of the team, but everybody knows he is playing well.”

Roberto PEREYRA’s Watford play host to Erik LAMELA’s Tottenham on Sunday in the league.

    • No, we are full in wingers position, Pereyra can’t play in 3 men midfield, not even in AM pos, neither in box to box, never played there, so we still waitin our proper box to box midfielder, maybe Palacios one day. (Augusto Fernandez was good in Copa 16).

  1. Pereyra should be included in N/T during his Juve times , as usual the coach will select and pick the after hours peak players for n/t. Unfortunately it will be always like that

  2. Lo celso on the brink. Tuchel has warned Lo celso to find a club soon if not he may be left to rot as Tuchel has made it clear Lo celso not in his plans at all. Real Betis will sign him but only if they fail to sign Rafinha and Sevilla also have shown interest in Lo Celso.

  3. Apparently, Pochhentino or Martino are wanted by AFA within December . In some other news Jorge Almiron has been fired by Atlectico Nacional after their loss in CL and is currently “free”. Almiron was also openly backed by Argentine President Mauricio Macri as the “perfect choice for the national team”.

    Interesting times ahead.

  4. The comparison to Silva is a good one, pereyra is an all rounder, physically strong, creative, energetic, versatile and now seems to have improved his shooting game! There is a reason why he was such a surprise in Juve but injuries in his 2nd year hampered his career. If he gets his injuries under control he could be world class! The same goes for Lanzini and coco Lamela.

  5. Robert pereyer is proper midfielder.
He is playmaker .. he isn’t proper winger.
But he plays in the buckets… I mean.
He plays cross the midfielder … he is similar to Eriksen ..or David Silva.
He more suited three man midfielder rather than two….
